As part of the interior and structural enhancement package, Quality Vision was entrusted with the execution of key steel and aluminum fabrication works that support both function and form across the development.

Scope of Work
Quality Vision undertook the fabrication and installation of custom steel platforms, tailored for utility areas, rooftop access zones, and service corridors. These platforms were engineered for structural strength, durability, and safety, using galvanized and powder-coated finishes to withstand environmental exposure and ensure longevity. In addition to platform works, the scope also included the supply and installation of high-quality mirrors framed in precision-crafted aluminum. These mirrors were installed in residential units and common areas, adding a refined, modern look while maintaining ease of maintenance and corrosion resistance.

Each aluminum frame was custom-sized to complement the mirror dimensions and installed using concealed brackets and clean, sharp finishes for a minimalist, contemporary aesthetic. The integration of these elements required strict coordination with interior finishing teams to ensure seamless alignment and flawless visual outcomes.
