This Private Villa project in Abu Dhabi reflects the fusion of luxury, modern design, and functional craftsmanship. To meet the high-end expectations of a private residential client, Quality Vision was appointed to carry out a comprehensive scope of precision interior and exterior finishing works using premium materials.

Scope of Work
Quality Vision successfully executed glass installations, stainless steel works, and architectural cladding throughout the villa, focusing on delivering a seamless and luxurious finish across all designated areas. The glass scope included the supply and installation of frameless glass partitions, balustrades, and doors—crafted from high-quality tempered safety glass to provide transparency, safety, and a modern aesthetic. These features were integrated into staircases, bathrooms, and living areas for an open and elegant spatial experience. The stainless steel works involved custom-fabricated handrails, mirror frames, and detailing, finished in brushed and polished textures. These elements added a touch of sophistication and durability while blending effortlessly with the villa’s interior design.

Additionally, architectural cladding was executed using aluminum composite panels and decorative metal finishes. These cladding works were applied to exterior façades and selective interior walls to enhance the visual depth and create a cohesive architectural language throughout the villa. With attention to detail, craftsmanship, and close coordination with design teams, Quality Vision delivered a bespoke, high-end finish—bringing the client’s vision of luxury living to life.
