Scope of Work
Quality Vision undertook the supply and execution of complete rubbish chute systems, serving residential and mixed-use structures across the Masdar site. These systems were specifically designed to align with the city’s sustainability goals by enabling efficient, hygienic, and centralized waste disposal. Each chute system was fabricated using high-grade stainless steel, ensuring corrosion resistance, fire safety compliance, and long-term durability. The scope included vertical chute pipes, intake doors, support brackets, fire-rated shutters, and necessary venting systems. All components were installed in accordance with international safety and environmental standards.

The installation process required close collaboration with civil, MEP, and architectural teams to ensure precise alignment, proper shaft sealing, and integration with building services. Special attention was given to noise reduction, odor control, and access convenience, supporting a clean and user-friendly waste disposal experience. By delivering this essential infrastructure with a high standard of execution, Quality Vision contributed directly to Masdar City’s vision of a low-carbon, resource-efficient urban future.
